SEDONA ROUGE HOTEL & SPA has beds to die for, exotic showers and mounted flat screen TV's. These are a few of the highlights of Sedona's newest major property. Somehow, the mélange of influence in the design — North African, Mediterranean, Spanish — fits the red rocks. Amenities include a pool and fitness room, and the restaurant is Sedona's newest dining success. West side location is central.

BED & BREAKFAST: Premium
This may be Sedona´s best option, with more than two thirds
of the state´s 4 diamond B&B´s located here. You´ll
usually find a full breakfast as well as an appetizer hour. Helpful
staffs make a big difference in making the most of your stay.
EL PORTAL offers uniquely appointed rooms in a hacienda-style property. In season, dinner is an outstanding experience, although the restaurants and shops of Tlaquepaque are nearby. Located just south of Uptown Sedona. www.ElPortalSedona.com
THE LODGE AT SEDONA has an especially helpful and friendly staff. The property, in Arts & Crafts decor, features
nice outdoor seating for breakfast, and a labrynth for contemplation.

The SKY RANCH LODGE on Airport Mesa has the best
views for your dollars. In addition, there is a small pool and hot
tub, with a gentle garden. The Airport Restaurant is nearby for
