The Vortex Yoga Experience

Welcome to Yoga Heaven. Here, in the beauty of the Red Rocks you’ll be led through asanas and postures that are just right for you. At the same time, you learn about the wildlife, plant life, geology, Sedona's history and Native American history of the area. The focus, however, is energy. Yours and Sedona’s, so that the two of you can feel at one. Away from the crowds, you’ll be guided by Sedona’s very best yoga instructor to a remarkable experience of energy and peace, beauty and presence.
